Education for everyone.
TRICEF stands for Tribal Rural Indigenous Community Empowerment Foundation. Established in 2022 and based in Padappai, Chennai, the foundation works towards educational opportunity, particularly for people whose circumstances make continued learning harder.
Our starting point was simple: students who wanted to learn were being held back by gaps in guidance, materials and financial support. TRICEF began responding through employment and competitive exam coaching, with free classes and government school awareness forming part of its educational work.

How we want to work
Listen before designing support. Describe current activities honestly. Respect the dignity and privacy of learners. Agree clear expectations with volunteers, families and partner organisations. These principles guide how we discuss both existing work and new opportunities.
